My attempt at a magnetic cookie sheet advent calender

I'm so happy with how this turned out. It took me awhile to decide what kind of colours etc... to go with, but I finally got it all together. It took me more than a week of planning and indecisiveness and 2 days to put it all together. ,

I put little holes in the tabs of the lids because once we open the pots to get out the goodies, I thought I might put an ornament hook on them and then hang just the lids on the kids' Christmas tree or on our garland.

That is so awesome! What are the little containers? Film canisters?

They are just craft storage containers that I got at the dollar store (Dollarama). They were sold in packs of 6. They are just slightly bigger than a film container.

Nope. They were also from the dollar store. 8 in a package for a buck

I'm definitely going to steal the idea for the board.  I'm in the process of constructing advent boxes out of old Christmas cards, but hadn't decided how to store/display them yet.
