Does anyone know where I could find a knitting pattern to make these? Dillards featured them on the front page of their Thanksgiving ad insert in my local newspaper. In the flyer photo they are taller, almost knee length, on the model. They look kind of slouchy in this photo ontheir web site:

http://www.dillards.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=301&langId=-1&storeId=301&productId=501632902&Ntk=all&Nty=1&N=1000301&Ntt=ugg+australia&searchUrl=%2Fendeca%2FEndecaStartServlet%3FNtk%3Dall%26Nty%3D1%26N%3D1000301%26Ntt%3Dugg%2Baustralia&R=02892317&IN_MERCH=true

Also are there any shoemaker suppliers on the internet that sell the Ugg style soles like these?

thanks.

The knit part of the boot seems pretty straight forward, like a 1x1 rib.

Here is a pattern for something kind of like it: http://www.cocoknits.com/knit/garments/accessories/prairieboots.html
The leg is composed of garter stitch instead of rib. You can probably play around with the pattern and change the stitch to give it more of look you want.

Here is an idea for the sole of the boot: http://alison.knitsmiths.us/cat_these_boots_were_made_for_knitting.html    this comes from here: http://www.diynetwork.com/knitty-gritty/if-the-shoe-knits/index.html. If you can find a really cheap pair of shoes with Ugg-like soles, you might want to consider it.

I hope this helps somewhat...Best of luck!
