Hiya! Another newbie to your board! Well, my first post is to advertise a jewelry bead group that I'm organising. Projected start date is Sat., Jan. 23 at 1.30 pm until 3pm. The venue is the Encino-Tarzana Branch Library, 18231 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana 91356, near to the Michaels craft store and across the road from Bead Source. To register, either visit the library's Reference Desk or ring 818 343 1983. Spaces will be limited so hurry!

Beginners or 'veteran' beaders are welcome as we aim to be an informal group that will exchange tips, have competitions, display work, have technique demos, exchange beads and allow people to bring in their projects and work alongside other people working on their own pieces. At the same time, help will be on hand for absolute beginners or people needing help with particular skills (ie crimping lol).

This is a wonderful, free, opportunity to network with other beaders in an informal setting.

Want to join us? Come on! Don't be shy! Not many things in life are free but this is!  Cheesy
