I made these for a recent craft swap.  I love how they look and plan on making more for some friends.  I also made matching cocktail napkins to go with them.  Would you believe I got both pieces from one fat quarter?

Group Shot!

Close ups of both sides and fabric.

Also can't forget the tile coasters my hubby made for the same swap.

C&C always welcomed.

I love these! They are  a great idea.  Lucky swap person.  Reminds me of those wine glass markers so you know which glass is yours. I'd love to make these for DD wedding but making over 300 of them .....

Thanks everyone.

She had a great wist set up, and something similar was on it, but I could only view the front of the glasses not the back, so I took a good guess at it.

Jinjeet, I have the special pliers that made putting those metal eyelets in alot easier.

Thanks Cheyenneswthrt07.  I think I'll show this to DD and see how she likes it. I sure do.  Maybe for the bar area. You are so inspirational.  Thanks.

I just found this post last night. I am the lucky recipient! I love these so much and i think they are a perfect way to use some of my smaller leftover fabric. I even have two pink fabrics to go with my set. I bought one of those plier things with my weekly Joann coupon maybe i can figure out how to use it. These are so great! I love them

I took the glass and a piece of paper, wrapped and cut evenly as possible.  I then took my template and added seam allowance, then cut two and sewed together, then after turning and pressing I ran around the outside again with a stitch, seals up the hole left for turning, plus gives it a nice finished look..... then measured out for 6 holes on each side and added the grommets.  With the left over fabric I made matching cocktail napkins, same idea, two squares sewn together, turned, pressed and sewn again around the edge.
