I think writing will also be a big part of this swap. I would enjoy getting a page filled with someone writing about almost anything with just a few random doodles on the edges or some simple glued on thing  Smiley I'm really looking forward to this swap! (Have I said that before?  Wink ) Yay!
I agree that writing could/should(?) end up being a large part of this swap.  If you don't want to write their own thoughts down they could always find awesome quotes to put on the page.  I love quotes and if someone doesn't want to write about something I'd be happy with a quote or two related to my theme(s) and then inspired artwork/collage to go with it.  I can't wait for this to start!!  Cheesy

This sounds awesome and is more what I was thinking of too.

Not to throw another thought into the mix but....  here I go....

If this turns into a monthly swap it could be set up similarly to the monthly ATC swaps...  Each person posts their themes and the person that comes after them picks a theme and crafts for them.  With this swap though we could say (for example)  "I claim Ffrogg526's theme of nature for 2 pages." Or you could claim two themes for two pages.

Maybe that's too confusing but its what popped into my head this morning so I thought I'd share.  Cheesy

I am going to keep that thought in mind. I've been in a few swaps set up like that but since this is the first "real" swap I am hosting I'm going to stick to the basics. Once I get this one under my belt I may switch to that format- that would be neat because we could get more pages more quickly.

I just sent in my questionnaire!  Hoorah! Huzzah! Hip Hip Hooray!

I'm glad I could help with ideas and thoughts for later.  I totally understand about getting one swap under your belt before you mess with the format.  I just thought it would work easier if this was in fact going to become a monthly swap.  And people could still send 1, 2 or 3 pages and specify this page size.

Thanks a ton RougeRaven for organizing this!  Grin

Aw shucks! This technically isn't my first time organizing a crafster event- I did do the Steve Irwin Memorial Quilt project but all the swap rules and stuff are crazy. I am just hoping I don't anger the crafting gods mods and mess up lol
