Cardboard cuff bracelet

Well, I haven't worn one out in the rain yet, and I don't know that I will. I'm in Atlanta and it gets pretty humid here too, but hmm, that's a good question.  I know Mod Podge on its own can stay kind of tacky, but with the glaze and then the acrylic sealer . . . I won't really be able to put one to the test until summer.
