are cauliflower leaves edible? it seems like a waste to just throw them away.

i don't know whether they are edible or not...but what i DO know is that you could make a compost bin to save all those fruit and vegetable parts you throw away! just get a plastic trash can, poke some holes in the bottom, and viola!  Wink

already done! Smiley but as our garden is the size of a small coffee table and mostly patio we get far more compost than we could ever hope to use.  Sad
