Okay y'all, I got the second part of my already fabulous package from MsMia today when I got home and WOW.  I so needed this today as the pasts few days have been rough.  The reminder that God is always there for whoever needs Him is one that I really needed!

Here goes ...

The whole lot:

I was going to post an action shot of me with the very warm scarf, but I'm incapable of taking a decent picture of myself!  Suffice it to say that it's warm and cuddly and feels like a hug!

Cute lil angel that I'm taking to work:

Awesome handmade bookmark with inspirational quotes about God at the top (one on each side) - this is perfect because I was needing one!

Magnetic notepad:

Adorable little jar -

One of my absolute favorites - an inspirational mirror ... I'm debating between keeping it at home and taking it to work for me, as I think the message is one that my girls need to see more often!  Maybe I'll timeshare it!

A fabulous book with scripture verses ...

Sorry for all the pictures - and this isn't even all of them, but I couldn't decide which to post. Smiley

Thank you so very much, MsMia.  You completely and utterly spoiled me - twice, even!

Muria - that is absolutely lovely!  I'd love to borrow the idea for next year as well, if you don't mind!

I'm so amazed! Ms Mia, you really put your heart into this swap! Two great packages... One of either would have been enough!
I'm sure the blessings will come right back to you!  Kaz, you are definitely getting a few hugs in this box! Especially with that yummy warm scarf!
Thanks for getting the pics up so fast, K!

Thanks!  It was hard to send out, so I may have to make another one. You're welcome to borrow the idea, though I should warn you that cutting out the snowflakes is labor intensive (though I imagine if you had an embroidery machine with a snowflake pattern, it would look even nicer.  My only other option was thread crochet snowflakes, which was going to be more labor intensive than the felt snowflakes).  The large snowflake was made with bias tape.

Kaz, what does the bottom of the work angel say?  I can't quite read it.  And I like the mirror idea (and the scripture).  It's definitely a scripture I should look at more often.

The little angel is a Work Angel - protects against lateness and chaos ... I so need this for work!  Cheesy

I could use a Home Angel that does the same. Thanks for clarifying that!

I was really hoping Homerof2's package would arrive today.  Seems like forever when I sent it!  I'm prepared to resend, if it comes to that.

Muria, that is just beautiful!  I'm not sure I would have the patients to cut out all those little snowflakes.

I love the work angel and the scripture book.

It's only been 12 days so don't worry yet! especially at this time of year.

Kaz,
I am so happy you love your package.  I tried to have everything done at one time but I knew I was not going to make the deadline so I sent one package while I was completing the other.  I am so happy the mirror arrived in one piece.  (Yay!)

Merry Christmas.

I want everyone to know.. I'm crocheting a "sock monkey" out of the yarn eye_on_sparrow sent me! I'll post a pic here when he's finished!
I'm still waiting to hear from Homerof2 on her package arrival, and I'm still waiting for Malbert to post pictures!
Merry Christmas, everyone!
