Eye_on_ sparrow, I love that!

I have a small collection of nativities.  I found an "Arctic Nativity" at Salvation Army.  It has three pieces, it was only $1.49.  I love it because it is unusual.  The figures looks similar to snow angels.  One is holding a penguin!

Oooh interesting! and I have to wait more then a week to open it awwwww.

Here's a sneak peak for you, sorry about the monotone Christmas wrapping, my family doesn't typically wrap presents so there wasn't much choice...

I love Christmas wrapping! So festive and brings out my inner greedy little child always keen for presents! Heh heh. Can't wait to see photos of my work in someone else's hands and to open my package and share what I got too!!! Only two more sleeps til the mail-woman scares the dogs by bashing on the door and gets scared in turn (every time!) and leaves it on the doorstep for me, or rather my partner as I will be at work. Oooooooohhhhh!!!

LOL Glad you like it, it's a family tradition that our Christmas presents are the 'milestones' of growing up, therefore we generally chose them ourselves and received before/after Christmas instead Christmas day has always been a marathon of church services culminating in a big lunch and a very long afternoon nap, we got to three Christmas Eve services, then Midnight Mass then Christmas morning, I think our poor priest gets very sick of us LOL.

I pretty much used up all the wrapping paper we had LOL. I'd love to see my parents attempt to wrap a car up though LOL, a car which will also be waiting for me when I get back from Lord Howe, as well as bird food, two packages of books, your package and various other things we've ordered in order to get them before the postal system collapses under the Christmas deluge. I can't wait to see it though! and I hope you like what I sent you, I enjoyed making it anyway LOL, i was trying to stay away from the areas you had a talent in, mainly because your much more experienced then I am LOL.

Anyway also just letting you know I'm not sure if I'll be able to come online again before the seventh/eighth, There may be an internet cafe on the island if I'm lucky, but they are very very laidback about things so we shall see.

Have a great trip, Avalon~! I hope you won on the car thing... and got to pick what YOU wanted!
As for the internet cafe's, I imagine there's got to be at least one!
If not, I look forward to your return and pictures of your expectant package!
