I had TWO amazing packages waiting for me last night!

The first was an awe-inspiring tree skirt handmade by frosty772. And if that weren't enough, she also included a cute snowman print simple apron with ribbon ties.

Then, I also received my new project bag from StephanieGravatt! She made it in my favorite color combo of chocolate brown and blue AND put a phoenix on it for me! She also included a beading magazine and some lampwork beads and pendants.

This is SO going to come in handy for storing things when I craft on the couch. Normally, my jewelry tools and everything are just scattered all over my coffee table making a big mess. Now they have a perfect, portable place to be out of the way but neatly contained. Thank you so much, StephanieGravatt! (The phoenix was a great surprise by the way.) 

Both packages totally made my day. Yesterday was a week since I lost my job due to the business closing and it's been a rough one. So they really make me smile and I definitely needed the pick-me-up. Thank you both so much.

I'm so glad you liked it! I was gonna do the bag in the phoenix colors, but then I thought, "No, it'll stand out better on the brown and blue."

That tree skirt looks great, and I love that apron.

Whoo, I received from lapoli today! She claimed me for roving, and here's what she sent:



Pretty BFL in lovely greens. She sent this 4 oz braid plus another smaller (I think 2 oz) one, but the smaller one's not in the picture cause... Imayhavealreadystar tedspinningit... : )
