Raising this back to the top.  Still interest in this swap?  MissDisney, are you still up for organizing? If not, I can probably do it.
Do people want to start signups in January?

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

MissDisney isn't available to organize, so I don't mind organizing.

Any input on swap requirements?  How big or small would you all like this swap to be?  I'm a fan of the 2 medium, 2 small swaps, but I'm open to suggestions  Grin

i'm slightly more of a fan of the 5-point right now (works out at two mediums and one small, or one medium and three smalls) because i'm a bit restricted by time  Undecided if there was a long crafting period i could probably do 2 smalls and 2 mediums  Smiley

I can start sign ups this week.  My thoughts were that we can have sign ups open for 2 weeks (we'll see how many people we get) and then have 4 weeks of crafting time.

I know the mods are not fond of point swaps, so I would rather have size requirements.

Are you saying one medium or 2 smalls or 1 medium and 2 smalls?

For the last round, they actually had swap levels.  If we have people who want to do a smaller swap, we could offer 2 options.  So, people could have the option of signing up for an easy-peasy swap ( 1 medium) or the full size swap (2 mediums & 1 small).

I'm partial to mediums over smalls just because mediums seem to be more consistent.  Some people's smalls are really really small and some seem like mediums, so the swap doesn't always look fair (at least to me).

However, I want to make sure we have the most participation, so you all just let me know what you want to do for this one Smiley

I Mean, One Medium And Two Smalls.. But I Agree With Letting People Choose. Four Weeks Of Crafting Is A Good Amount Of Time But I Think When You Have That Much Time To Craft You Have To Worry About Flakers.
