I just found this website http://www.microrevolt.org/knitPro/ to help with graphs if you want to modify the pattern a bit. I still want to try this in Tunisian...so we'll see how that goes.

I am thinking about doing this Link image here.
.

I crocheted a test granny square that was 3X3 wide and realized if I made Link all out of those squares, this would measure 7'X13'. Yikes! Way too big. I'm experimenting with using single crochet for this project where 5 sc is one pixel. After making a swatch of sc, I calculated out the project to be around 5' by 3'. Much better.

I'm going to buy the rest of my yarn today. Smiley

I'm going to do this one. I haven't fully graphed it due to my computer only having paint and deciding to mess up the colors a little. But over all I think I can work with this pic.

I just came up with this about an hour ago, found the image and then this thread. Smiley I'm going to count up the squares and buy the yarn in the next few days.

What I do know is it will be 29 x 19 squares and I'll do it in 2inch squares. Should end up about 4'10"x3'2".  I'm excited Smiley

Happiness - You could also divide the pixels by 4 in order to make smaller squares. It would be 26x14 squares then. Smiley I think yours is going to look great!

Is that Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy?

That's actually what I'm ending up doing. I've been crocheting squares like a madwoman.

This is a really cool idea! I'll have to see if I can work this in.  If I can't, I'll definitely be watching for pictures.  Smiley

It is cloud! I tried to tell a friend what I was doing, and he thought it was a random plushie.... I have a less blurry pic that I'm working off of, but paint messes it up every time I save.

Hubby is the biggest FFVII I've ever met. Smiley

ETA:

Ok, so I clued in hubby and he says since cloud never looks like that no one would know who he was and he couldn't show it off. He asked me to do the same Zelda picture as this thread. Oh well, at least I know he'll like it. Smiley
