Although you may think pockets are unnecessary on aprons or a useless fribble, they are particularly handy for keeping up with timers, writing utensils, all the odds and ends that need "a place" while you're up to your elbows in food prep. Even if it's just for the paper towel that I don't want to throw away because it's still clean, pockets are a "Must Have" on my aprons (and I cook  a lot!)

Just sayin'....  Roll Eyes

Very cute Cheesy I love the reindeer especially.

Also, wanted to share my most recent apron I made for a friend this Christmas because aprons are awesome.

I love it! That fabric is adorable Smiley  And thanks McJulie, I'm glad to hear my pocket is useful!! I'm all inspired to start cooking now. I should warn my fiance...

I didnt use a pattern, I kinda made it up, but if you want I have a tutorial posted here. Hope that helps!

I love this apron! I love to cook and the retro style is awesome for aprons.  Thank you so much for the tutorial, I'm definitely going to check it out.  I want to make a Twilight, I Love Lucy or Marilyn Monroe one!
