panthermoon- I'm glad you liked the stuff! The scanned photos I sent you are actually all relatives of mine  Grin mostly grandparents, great grandparents and such. The popcorn bag is actually from the American Visionary Art Museum (they use them for small shopping bags) and the envelope is from a recent wedding invitation.

First of all, I would like to thank my partners for their patience with my slow response time since I have been sick. I have recieved from BOTH DoodleLou and GSpinn and absolutely LOVED both of my packages! They are fantastic swap partners and really made me feel better considering what I am going through with my health right now. Here is what I got from DoodleLou:

The pics really don't do any of this stuff justice. I can't wait to do something with the little wooden things! The little felted fellow is Mego, and he is such a charmer. His cute little nose perks me right up! The fabrics are so lovely and the glass pendants are beautiful. I can't stop touching the alpaca roving and wondering what I am going to do with it. Maybe I'll try to felt a little something for Mego! Everything was wonderful!

GSpinn sent me and equally wonderful package:

My husband was looking through it with me and remarked, "She has you pegged to a T!" Everything I got was just my style. GSpinn, I really don't know how you got so much stuff in one box!
Thank you both so much. You have been wonderful partners!!!

I thought I was going to have to take some stuff out of the box to get it shut, but I just kept pushing LOL. Then I saw some of the other packages and was worried I hadn't put enough in the one I sent you. I'm so glad you like everything.

Are you ready for the Before and After pics of Flower's embroidery she made me?
OK! Is 3 OK?  ;)I want you to all to see this!  Grin
Here's the way it was when I recieved it...

Here's the back view, not quite finished yet: I ended up wrapping the wire with green floss, to keep beads in center of large bead. These were all beads Flower sent me!

Here's a finished pic, not hanging up, since I wanted you to see it next to my fabric in my room.

Thanks so very much, Flower! I'm going to keep this forever!

The framed embroidery piece is beautiful!!  I'm also wisting.  Great job, both of you!

I sent beads but no tassel.  The embroidery is soooo much prettier now!   I never would have thought of doing that.  KLKing made it look about 500% better!

I made something for SciFunk too, but I'm a giant dork and forgot to send it.  I finally sent it today.   Roll Eyes

Thanks, everyone! Here's the short story behind it:
The piece of wood was scrap from notching out my lower table shelf. You just don't throw out a perfect square of coated Melamine!
The tassel was made from unravelling 2 cords of upholstery fringe, the deep stuff. I used a needle to separate the fibers.
Then, that trim was from a trim swap on a papercraft website, and I used the largest bead Flower sent me. Since I never made wire wrapped beads before, this was the result. I couldn't seem to go around it sideways, but it's thin wire.
So, the minute I realized that wood was a perfect fit, Then I knew it needed a tassle. One thing led to another. But, without all those PERFECT beads, I'd have never done anything like this!!!
And, except for the tassel, I did it all in a few hours this morning!
Plus, the board has a thin padding over it of trimmings from a felted plastic table cover. (I was out of batting)
Thanks Again, Flower!!!!
