this sounds like a lot of fun, I have a 5th slot open, and I know myself the temptation to fill it will be hitting me any day now. Something low stress like this would be a fun break from the maddness of all the afgans I'm making my family for Christmas.

I just realised that I didn't design the questionnaire very well and missed out allergies, and what you can craft! Allergies, please let me know either here or by PM if you haven't included it in there somewhere. As for what you can craft, most of you I can work it out anyway but if I have any problems I'll PM you. Sorry. I blame the stress of revising for the exam I just had Cheesy (which I think went sort of badly anyway).  Undecided

LOL!  I didn't even realize those items were missing Smiley  Being that I don't have any allergies, I didn't think to include it!  I kinda noticed what I can craft was missing...but I kind of alluded to what I can make by posting in here earlier.  Followup PM coming your way!

This does sound like a wonderful swap...  I'm going to have to really think about this.  I'm glad I have a few more days to decide.  Hmmmm what could I do???

- greeting card set
- polymer clay covered light switch plate (if the sizes match)
- maybe some earrings
- a very thick scarf

Ok - there are a few things I could do.  Still - must contemplate.

I'd like to sign up for this, but I think, because of when my Fall break is, I'd have to be sending right on Nov 30th...  Either that,or I'd have to finish and mail within a week.  So would it be okay if I came in knowing my partner would probably be receiving later than I'd like?  On the bright side, Fall Break gives me the opportunity to access any materials I might have at home, instead of just what's in my dorm room!

I do fiber-y things, like knitting, crocheting, spinning, etc and would love something non-fiber in return.  Especially jewelry (I love those scrabble tile necklaces..) or something sewn (maybe a wallet? or a light fabric scarf?  Screen-printing is pretty too!)

This sounds like it'll be a great swap!

I was thinking of joining, but just a question about the form, haven't you forgotten a question?
you asked what we like to receive and what not, but you didn't ask what we can make?
I think it's hard to partner that way? (or am I looking over it?)

sorry I read all the posts now, I'll include it in my form ^^

I think I'm going to join this soon.  I love the idea of a super-short crafting time, but it sounds like some of you can get a heck of a lot more done in an hour than me!  I could probably do a cute set of note cards (maybe even with envelopes!) or a relatively simple sewing project (tote bag, simple purse, apron, intricate coin purse), cute set of magnets.  I love to knit, but I know I could never knit anything that quickly!

How much later than the 30th would you be sending do you think? I can't see it being a problem if it's only a week or so, especially as I have advanced notice.

I've altered the questionnaire a little for future participants including the questions I should have in the first place!
