It's very neat - nice work.  It looks like you have a zipper pocket on the inside?  That's a nice touch also.

My only negative comment on your bag is that I find that I tend to lose things in the bottom of a purse with a dark lining.  The lining goes very well with your outer fabric, but I'd need a flashlight to find things down there!
