My boyfriend and I went as Buck Rogers and Wilma Deering circa the 1930's Buster Crabbe serials:


We made the guns from dollar store squirt guns.  My cap has a wine stopper at the top, his is a cookie press!  The jetpacks are foam and soda bottles for him, Guinness cans for me.  Harness and armor are made from pieces of a Spartan costume. I looked up 1930's makeup and tried to replicate it authentically.

I loved these costumes - it's very fun to have a jetpack and a ray gun!
