Tim Burton's Mad Hatter

This is a Mad Hatter costume I made for a friend based on the new Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland movie that's coming out next year. I made the hat, hat pins, shirt, vest, tie, jacket, pants, thread spool bandolier, gloves, and pocket sash/ribbons. Used a variety of fabrics and patterns and a few things I just made up as I went. One of my favorite projects ever! Here is one of the reference photos I used for comparison:

Thanks! It took a lot of research to get the details right but was so worth it! I can't take credit for the make-up or wig work but LOVE how well it turned out! It really pulls the costume together. So happy that my friend invested the time to get a really good wig and make-up.
