Holy crap. I just found this site, as we have committed to a 98% homemade Christmas and I am looking for ideas, so I might as well enter my costumes Smiley

Max was a kitten costume that I doctored up.
Moishe was a paper maiche mask, fur was from 2 trick or treat bags we had, technically felt is made from recycled water bottles, eyes were made from a ball I cut in half, and nose was newspaper.  Shirt was sewn by me, that fleece is the only thing I purchased.  Pants were scraps and I drew the scales on.  Both boys tails were from the same trick or treat bags (they were black cats)

Super cute costumes. I love them.

I did a home made christmas last year and it inspired me. Now I never buy gifts. (Okay, I buy some of Mr. Taco's gifts, but I'm no good at watch making or video game design.)
