There were so many people I actually had to take notes. I forgot how long the first episode can seem! I agree that for the first challenge this was pretty disappointing! I did dig Daniel's dress, he's certainly one to watch out for! I also love the three K girls, and thought all of the ladies are adorable. Blaine is irritating as hell already, and why oh why did that young Wesley(?) have those shorts on? It was like a school boy outgrew his uniform, but at least his design was pretty.

I actually agree. I think she could have put together something better than what she came up with.
This season kind of seems to be boring, but we will have to see what happens in the next episode. I especially can't wait to hear the phrase Tim Gunn says in the sneak peek of episode 2.

I thought Dayne is super annoying! Espcially "Girlicious". He is totally acting like a Chirstian wannabe, with his own different catch phrase

at least Christian had it, he didnt try so hard just to get a catch phrase.  and "girlicious" isnt a good one anyway... did you see in the runway show he put "girlicious" on the model's leg? WTF?

The tan guy hurt to watch and Trash-bag lady is a Train -wreck!!  I really liked the woman who won.  I also liked the mop-sweater thing.

I am soooo excited the new season has started!  Project Runway is my favorite show!

My boyfriend even watches it!  He's gotten really good at guessing who's going to win and lose each challenge.  (And we're talking about a guy who wears nothing but polo shirts)

yeah, the mop dress was cool.  but it bothered me when she called it crocheted.  it was just braided...def. not crocheted.  though i have to say, if someone broke out a crochet hook in the workroom and actually crocheted something, i would be pretty excited.   Tongue

I always wonder why none of them are more crafty. Why didn't anyone else think to grab dye and bleach? Hello!

someone could have even just grabbed the bags at the checkout to make fused plastic fabric like i've seen people on here make (and that i want to try someday).  stella could have done that with her flimsy trash bags to make them thicker...

I thought the same thing! The whole time she was complaining I kept shouting at her "iron them together, iron them together!" My husband thought I was nuts.
