That stocking advent calendar is amazing! Everything is!

So today a package came in the mail and I was all "OMG SWAP PACKAGE IS HERE!!" ...and would you believe I was actually disappointed to receive a PS3 we were waiting on?! I SO wanted it to be my swap package Sad

It said Tennessee on it, so I knew it wasn't the package but I was still hoping!

I like the advent calendar idea. I've always wanted to make one, but there are SOOO many neat types that I don't know which design to do!

I got the cooooolest package ever from RedMenace today...

I'm so glad you liked everything! The maps were a guess based on your love of vintage and thrifted stuffs... I was kinda worried the gift tags would be a little too precious, so I specifically looked for maps with funny bits of text like "closed in winter" and "great dismal swamp" Cheesy The silhouettes were hard to part with, but I made a photocopy of the outlines before I cut anything out, so I may just have to make some more for myself! And the stocking was the first idea I had for this swap... I actually tried to google image search for a frankenstein stocking for inspiration, but nothing came up! So I designed the stocking and my friend with a sewing machine (and experience) helped me put it all together. You were so much fun to craft for, thanks for a fantastic swap Grin
