Thank you all so much! It was definitely a fun costume, and probably one of the most labour intensive I've done (right up there with the Captain Jack Sparrow costume from a few years back) ...if only for the fact that the pattern was actually vintage, and despite doing a trial run which fit like a glove, refused to fit properly until my aunt got ahold of it!

Talk about a run on sentence, phew!

I wish the makeup had stayed a little bolder, but overall I was really happy with how it all came together. Smiley I'm also really happy I chose the fabric I did for the dress; I originally wanted black and white polka dots and looked *everywhere* for it. I couldn't find any. My coworker called me one day out of the blue to tell me she found some, and I bombed down to the fabric store to get it... and changed my mind on the spot! Smiley

That is a really great idea. Executed fantastic! It's such a bummer your man couldn't make it. That would've been amazing. I'm sorry you got all those creepers.

A very unique idea, and well executed! Too bad you got hot on by dirty old men! Embarrassed
You picked a costume that wasn't revealing, and you still got unwanted attention. Some people are just rude that way.

Thanks all!

Honestly, being hit on in that costume was the weirdest feeling. I don't think I've ever really been hit on in my life. Am I only attractive when I'm completely covered up in black and white? Wink *giggle* So weird.
