My five year old is obsessed with the Island of Sodor and all of its inhabitants.  So, when the question of his Halloween costume came up - he stated, with no hesitation, that he wanted to be Thomas.  So I did the best I could.  He absolutely loved it.  When I would have left the funnel off, and the numbers just outlines, he demanded a funnel and told me that the 1's had to be yellow. Thank goodness for my stash of craft felt!  Anwhoo...here's Toby as Thomas, the Tank Engine!

Materials used: a computer box, posterboard, glue and magic marker.  (the hat was his suggestion - wouldn't leave the house without it!)
