I am a member of PostCrossing...for those who don't know, it is sort of like a pen pal club where you sent postcards all over the world and receive same. I was also in sendsomething and postcardx (before X went kaput  Sad )... Anyhoo, I had a metric butt-ton of postcards and really wanted to do something with them but had little cash...well I waited til canvases went on sale at hobby lobby and.......

two really big pieces of wall art over my couch.

Here is a couple close ups :

I like how they add some color and life to my drab white apartment walls..what do you think?

Cool!  I was just looking for ideas on using postcards.  Are they Mod Podged on the canvases?

They look great!  Was it hard to get the layout looking nice?

I did use mod podge for the first one, then used spray adhesvie with mod podge cover on the second one.

I didn't actually use a layout per se, I kinda just kept putting on ones that I thought looked good..I still have half a shoe box full Smiley

That looks so awesome! It's given me some inspiration for some of the bigger postcards I have that don't fit into my album Grin

oh that's so cool! I joined PostCrossing this year Smiley I have just been tacking them on a wall... but Im running out of room on the wall! I personally wouldn't want to glue them down on anything (hence the tacking to the wall) so I could see what's on the back... but that's a very cool bit of art you made.
