Made these for a swap.  I used an air dry clay, and painted them with acrylics. Smiley

those are so cute! i can see them on a hand knitted sweater for a little girl.
  i love air dry clay. i was so sad when i graduated that i wouldnt be able to sculpt anymore ( i cant afford to buy a kiln, or pay someone to fire it)

Thanks!  And I agree.  Air dry clay is a great thing.  It's so practical.  You don't have to worry as much about things cracking off during the baking either.
