Hi everyone! I'm quite a while on Craftster but listing my beadwork here for th first time Smiley
This is my recent piece I've made. It was specially made for HAFTeam challenge named Transformation and there is my way of seeing this sabject.
My own design. Smiley
This set of 3 pieces could be transformed into bracelet, choker,necklace or tie.

 wonderful! i love how versatile it is.
something about the shape reminds me of feathers, i can just picture it in peacock blues, greens and gold!

Beautiful! I love the look of the amethyst chips, and the fact that it can be worn as 3 different things is fabulous!
I also get a very "peacock" feel from it.

Yes it does remind feathers, doesn't it?
i did have an idea to make it as you say in peacock colours using iris seed beads but this piece needed to be done in quite short term so I used what i had in my "craft box".
But there are a lot of possibilities to use it as whole piece without separate pieces!
I also have got an idea that if you make 4 little pieces"bracelets" they could be transformed into belt.
It's a wonderful stitch!! every time i work with it I get new and new ways of using it!!
