I am teaching a class to kids on this book I made previously- http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=320030.msg3687939#msg3687939

And I wanted to make another one showing them it could be their favorite things too.
So I made this book using my own collection of stamps (Which is much smaller) so I made the book a little bit smaller. There are eight pages but I only put some of my favorites.

My favorite things book spread out

turtles

crafts

birds

nature

Yes, it is white cardstock with patterned or plain colored paper covering it. I used texture and background stamps on the plain colored paper when I made this book- http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=320030.msg3687939#msg3687939
But not in this one because I don't have very many texture stamps  Cheesy

That's a great thing to look through when you're a bit down too, I should imagine. To remind you of good things and put a smile on your face. It turned out beautifully, and I love the cover!

I created the aged affect by distressing the edges with a brown ink pad. I just ran the edges of the paper on a brown inkpad somewhat lightly...
