Since it is so close to halloween, I wanted to share the star trek inspired "tricorder bag" that I made for the sept birthday swap.  It was roughly inspired by this from my partner's wist: http://kryz-flavored.deviantart.com/art/tricorder-handbag-94805623 and, of course, the real tricorder from the star trek show. Smiley

Here is my take:

under the flap:

This was made from scratch from vinyl, buttons for the knobs and fabric lining.  Hope you like it Smiley

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Hey, guess what? Nobody cares who would win in a crazy fantasy fist-fight between Anne Frank and Lizzie Borden.

I love it!!!!!!!!! What were the general materials you used. This would be a great bike messenger bag for a man. You are awesome. I definitely like yours better then the link for that other bag.
