It's been so long since I've last made Japanese Kanzashi's, they are so time consuming and I have so little free time lol. I'm really hoping to get around to making some proper full version ones to wear with my Furisode for a convention next year.

Anyways, I thought I'll share some piccies! Sorry for the rather bad pictures, lighting is terrible in my room. I'm also terribly out of practice so please be gentle XD Edited: Some better pictures Cheesy

I just use hot glue. I've tried PVA glue, and even made my own rice glue at one stage but hot glue drys faster so it's easier to set the petals. Just keep a cloth handy because it can get quite messy  Wink

They're beautiful!  I've never seen these before... If you don't mind me asking, about how long do they take you to make?

Thank you! Cheesy They take me around 30 mins - 1 hour depending on whether I get the petals right the first time, that's not including the time it takes to cut the fabric into little squares.
