I just finished making a strand of these little delights to use in a jewelry store window display. Wouldn't it be cute to hand four or 5 strands on top of each other on the wall?
Materials: White construction paper, red paper, regular scissors, scalloped edged scissors, yarn, needle, thread, glue

You can see pictures and instructions at my blog, http://cutpasterepeat.blogspot.com/2009/11/mini-stockings-craft.html
