At the moment in school we are working on making a three piece collection for our end of year show next month. I found some gorgeous, soft yellow and black wool and decided I had to use it for my collection. I also found some yummy orange merino that went wonderfully with it.
This is the first piece I had made.

And, it fit my mum sooo perfectly, I have decided to give it to her for christmas.

I love how the sleeves have gone, it was totally not intentional for them to flick up like that, but I think it is very cool.

I am also making a pair of high waisted shorts in the yellow and black to go with a top in the merino, the start of which is in the background in one of the photos and a black wool dress with a kimono sleeved jacket in the yellow and black to go over it.
Keep an eye on this thread, because I will be adding the rest of my garments as I make them, and pictures on the models at the show!

Thanks for looking! Look forward to hearing any comments.

Here is another piece from the same collection.

The top is the one hiding behind my dress in my first post. =) Luckily my models waist was only 2cm larger than mine, so the shorts fit me pretty well, in fact I'm wearing them right now!
There is also one more dress and a skirt from my collection, that I don't have pictures of, but will post photos when I do, if there is any people interested in seeing them. =)
