Here are Kuromi Bottlecap Earrings and Bracelet I made.  This will probably be a Christmas gift for a tween girl. The bracelet is a pretty ribbon with the bottle cap glued in the middle and two loops on the end with a large circle clasp that can be interchangeable. When making the earrings I tried to drill through the tops to put in the fishhook earrings but each time I would try and drill a cap it would bend so I ended up gluing endcaps with starter rings to the tops of the caps to secure the earring hooks. My glue of choice as always is E-6000 because I have had really good luck with it. The smell is atrocious but the adhesive secures really well.

Cute.  I like the bracelet idea.
When I drill my bottle caps I put the corner of a small block of wood under where I want to drill and it usually keeps it from bending.  Not sure if that would work with your bottle caps though because the ones I use and new.
