I'm a HUGE Bruce Campbell fan and wanted to do something on a tote.  I chose an image from Army of Darkness that I saw on Google and made a pattern from that.  (See http://shirtoid.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/boomstick-on-black.jpg).

I'm pretty unhappy with the carbon transfer papers I used to put the pattern onto the tote bag.  I couldn't get all the detail to transfer and then I changed the movie quote as well.  So I have some black carbon on the tote that I can't seem to remove.  I hand washed it, which faded a lot of it, but didn't erase it.  I'll try washing it when the washing machine is fixed.  I'm also going to go back over it with crayon to darken the colors some more.

Despite the fact it is far from perfect, I still love it.  I just want to roll in my geekery some days!

Thanks for looking and any constructive criticism you may have!

I love that you made your own pattern...I haven't been creative or brave enough to do that, yet!

Bruce Campbell is one of my personal gods, and I love Army of Darkness.  This looks great!

Woo!  Fellow BC fans!

I keep this photo on my desk at work:

It's from 2005 when Bruce did book signings.  *le sigh*
