This is the cupcake tier I made for my partners 26th birthday yesturday! This only took me about 4 hours max! I was so happy with the end result.... Blood (White) Chocolate Mudcake with Boney Butter Cream Smiley with Dark Chocolate Spiderwebs Smiley

I only made a half the amount of Boney butter cream and ran out abit so 5 cupcakes looked like this

The top cupcake says "Tain" on it as thats his name he he he

Thank you all for your kind words! It's good to post on here and see that other people like my cup cakes and not just my family ( cause they may just be sugar coating it).

To answer your question Le Mieux - when the recipe called for water I left out about 50ml or less and added the food colouring to that water to create a more even dispersion of the colour rather than adding it directly to the mixture. It was really easy and the colour turned out awesome Smiley

These are amazing and quite visually eye catching... I have a small cupcake stand like yours, it takes about 12 cakes, so It will probably take me just as long!!

cool! thanks for that, I can't wait to try it out! i never have much luck with food colouring  Undecided  i know what you mean about families sugarcoating....but believe me, these are visually stunning. i just wish i could taste them through the computer  Cheesy
