I would be down if anyone would be interested in newbie-spinner handspun.  I am just learning, so it would definitely qualify as some sort of "art yarn," haha.   But I've seen people say before that they like new spinners yarn, so I just thought I'd throw it out there.

I'd also like some feedback on what I've been making from people who actually do yarn crafts, cuz I don't.  I just like to spin. Smiley

This sounds interesting! I could probably do it after Christmas.  I'm a spinner too.

CamOovas, let's see some of that yarn! I've been dying to know how your spinning is going!! Have you posted any yet?? I've felted lots of little round things with my kit. I LOOOOOVEEEE it. Love. Thank to you! I love felting. Can I say that again? No, I won't.  Wink The other day I felted a set of little blue eggs for my daughter's room. I'm redecorating in a woodland/alice in wonderland theme after Christmas. I'll be making a fabric scrap nest to put them in for her chotskies shelf.

Swap related, I still agree, after Christmas and I am totally in. We'll be having another round of Low Stress Fiber Swap too. Smiley So much interest in the fibery things! Love it!!

I love art yarn too!  I tend to spin pretty thin yarn.  Not lace weight thin, but it is hard for me to spin anything bigger than DK.  I love knitting with big bumpy stuff though!
