In my figure drawing studio, we had to draw our hands in various positions using American Sign Language. We were supposed to do our initials and the year we were born. Usually we have to use conte crayon or pan pastel to do our work, but she extended this project to any black medium. I used watercolor pencil and watercolor.

I finished mine in the hallway because my roommate was sleeping (She's a chemistry major, so sleep is rare and I let her have it.  Grin)

The back of the B just looked cool.

But I took pics of it the next day, and they dried waaaay lighter. It looked like I didn't do any shadowing.

I wasn't born in 1930, we couldn't use the same number twice, and I was born in 1990. I just liked the way the 3 looked.

You were born an original. Don't die a copy.
