Hey all- I'm brand new here but wanted to stop in and say hi to the local folks. I live in VA and work in Arlington- I used to travel into the city each day but got a job closer (phew!).

My best friend and I are interested in oneday getting a booth at local craft fairs. I paint and she makes cards. Right now it's just an idea, and we're just amateurs, but maybe I can learn from y'all.

I look forward to chatting with ya! Smiley

Hi! Welcome to town! There are tons of crafty venues here. From the Smithsonian Craft Festival, to lots and lots of little local shows, and groups of people who just get together for private shows "tupperware(TM) party" style. It is a great place to see and learn things from all over the world.
