This is astounding. I'm so amazed at how your inspiration sprang from something so scrary.  I love the way you finished it in pillow form, too.

I just can't shake the idea of how this would be a wonderful object for a Cure charity auction.  Gorgeous job.  This rocks!

And French knots are easy, once you "get" them. That took me less than 5 years.
