Very very true. There are a million other poppet posts around, but this one definitely caught my eye. You are a woman after my own heart. (Please excuse me if I assume incorrectly that you are a woman.) I LOVE LOVE LOVE details and they are extremely important to me. I have not felt the urge to make a poppet, but now I must. VERY well done. I love the hair and boots in particular. Is the hair hand woven? I crochet my own boots for the dolls that I make, did you make her shoes? I've been wanting to try sewing shoes but somehow they never turn out right.

If someone had told me about an orange skinned poppet, I'd of probably had a wet accident laughing so hard. But she is absolutely perfect!! I can't believe how beautifully you blended all the elements of her creation. She definitely ROCKS!!

What did you make the potion necklace out of?

The potion bottle came in a mixed bag of Halloween buttons from *I think* JoAnn Fabrics. I snipped off the button loop on the back of the potion bottle with just a normal pair of jewelry snips which was easy since it was just plastic.  Then I wrapped some jewelry wire around the bottle neck so I could attach a jumpring. That's it!  Cheesy
