Great job on the skull! I love the way you attached the jaw. And the beading is fantastic. Smiley

I used some of my hand dyed, homegrown silk to felt this miniature jack-o-lantern. I koolaid dyed the silk in the microwave (tut in profile). I used lemon/lime for the stem, orange for the pumpkin and grape for the face. I added a glass bead hanger so it can be hung and tucked the jack-o-lantern into a raw peace silk cocoon for a storage/hiding place. I was so please with how it turned out that I made one for myself! Thanks for the fun first swap!

Fiber & dye fanatic. I use wool, silk, pearls, beeswax, feathers in my creations. Let me know if you prefer vegan. I can do! Up/Re/cycled, nature & beauty inspired. Do you make beautiful natural/nature oriented stuff? Brooches, miniatures, useful items & more I would love! Let's do a swap!

So...for my OTT I got this AMAZING sugar skull themed mini wallet keychain from my partner Henny Penny! It is so cool! It fits cash and/or a debit card perfectly.

I have it hanging out with my keys as we speak. I just love it so very, very much! Everyone in my house is pretty jealous. I can only dream of ever doing such great embroidery.  The wallet also features this wonderful sugar skull fabric that I've been ohh-ing and ahh-ing over.

Check it out everyone!

Thanks SO much Henny Penny! I would totally wist this if I didn't own it!!

Super cool! That wallet is really well made and just gorgeous.

And I love the tiny pumpkin! I like when people take the 'tiny' in 'one tiny thing' to great heights Smiley The story of how you made it is fantastic. Awesome job.

I've received my awesome OTT from zigg13pra today.  (after much stalking of my mail carrier)

An amazing altered altoid tin.  Can you believe that this was her first time making a polymer clay altered altoid tin?  Beautiful.

Thank You, zigg13pra!  I LOVE it!  Thank You for not keeping it for yourself.   Cheesy Cheesy

Knitting goal for 2011: knit 500,000 stitches.  24,078/500,000 knit.  I think I'm going to need more yarn...

That altered altoid tin is great! I've been wanting to make one for a while. I think my son would get a kick out of it.

Wow! Such great stuff already! I like that little pumpkin, it's so cute! That sugar skull wallet is neat. And that Altoids tin is awesome! I love altered Altoids tins! Is the inside decorated too?
