Well, it's about time we had a new contest, and this is going to be a great one!

Since the holiday season is fast approaching, we thought it would be fun to create something decorative, so this challenge is to create a 'Hanging Decoration incorporating Printed Paper'.

Here are the rules:

1. Create a hanging decoration which incorporates some form of printed paper (though not book text this time). Use your imagination. You may interpret the theme in any way. The decoration can be of any size or shape, just so long as it can be hung up for display, and uses some printed paper. Make sure that most of your entry uses paper as this is the Paper Craft board!  Wink

2. Post your entry in a separate thread on this challenge board on or before 1st November. Voting will start 2nd November, and will run for a week.

3. One entry per person.

There will of course be a fabulous 'supplies package' prize for the winner courtesy of our very own mod, Rackycoo!

If you have any questions at all, just ask!

Good luck!

What is meant by printed paper?  Is that like magazines, or is it just scrapbooking paper?

We were thinking that "printed paper" would be anything like scrapbook paper or wrapping paper, but I think as long as there is some sort of design/pattern on the paper, we'll accept it.  Smiley

I guess it's open to interpretation, but you could use various papers, scrapbooking, wrapping, fancy notepaper or paper bags...

Like racky says, anything with a design/pattern on it is good!

As long as they're patterned, they can be old. So a fancy design/pattern on a page or some such would work Smiley
