I got a great package from honorablemention!  Check it out:

Lovely note cards!

Felt napkin rings!

And four beautiful placemats!

Everything came tucked inside this whimsical tote:

Thanks, so much, honorablemention!  The colors and designs are perfect!  Cheesy

How nice and coordinated  all the colors are.  I never would have thought of napkin rings.  Clever Idea.

Apologies for not having got my pics up yet - I'll do my best to get them up very soon (like tomorrow), the camera is lurking in a case that I haven't unpacked because of my back going again Sad

So I received from Ramona Q earlier in the week, and I'm finally getting around to posting. Smiley

First, everything came packaged in an envelope covered in adorablematryoshka tape and stamps.  I had to include a little picture of the tape because it was just so bright and colourful. Smiley

She also included a little card that I love!!  The middle matryoshka is sort of jellyish and is a magnet.  I love how bright and cheerful it is!

And then the REAL items!  SOOOO fabulous!

She made me a wonderful apron!  It fits perfectly and I loooovee the colours!  The bottom half of the matryoshka is a pocket!  I love her expression and the beautiful details.

Ramona Q also included two tea towels with two smaller matryoshkas to go inside the apron pocket.  They're in the same style as the apron, and are abso-friggin-lutely wonderful!  I'm putting a shot of them together and then separately so you can see the details!  The second picture is of the larger of the two, and the smaller one is the last picture.

Thank you Ramona Q!!  I am absolutely in love with everything!  Thank you for being such a great first swap partner!

Thank you thank you thank you!  Now aren't you all jealous?  Wink

Finally! So sorry for the delay - if you're ever offered Tramadol for pain relief, run. It is indeed the work of the devil!
Anyhoo, on to the goodies Grin
Firstly, a tote with gorgeously flowery matryoshkas on

Next, there's a very ingenious tape measure covered to look like a matryoshka's head. How on earth did you have the patience to cover that, Lynda??

Next, an egg shaped hand painted magnet

Then we have some gorgeous notecards that will be put up somewhere rather than sent Tongue

A felt doll (is this a dotee??) which nearly disappeared as one of my cats decided that it looked very interesting

And lastly my favourites - a necklace and bracelet with gorgeous red and black matryoshka beads, and the bracelet has silver matryoshka charms and red glass beads (which you could see if my picture were better - sorry Embarrassed)

Thank you so much Lynda - I love everything Smiley

I received my package from pinky_penguin last week! Great ready to be amazed...

First, check out the buttons she made me

next we have a necklace

I'm not sure what they are made of, maybe clay? But they are so awesome!
Then, an adorable jar

This is what the jar looks like open

AND.... like if everything above wasn't enough....
look at this pillow!!!!

and the back

What the what!?! Isn't that the most awsomest thing you ever saw? I am in awe of your handy work Pinky! I find working with felt so difficult, I can't believe you used with such a large project. Did you notice the beading she did near the bottom of the pillow. I showed the pillow to my friend and she said that Pinky has "Mennonite stitching." This is a compliment as it means she has very small and stright stitching. Like the beautiful stitching the Mennonite's do on their quilts. Thank you so much Pinky I love what you made me. You were so much fun to swap with!
