Squirt Birthday Cake

Ever since my friend's daughter saw "Finding Nemo" she has wanted a cake in the shape of Squirt. She turned 21 this year and this was her cake. It's a moist chocolate mud cake; covered with ganache and a layer of fondant. He's approximately 1 foot or so long. She didn't want to cut him up, but her brother came along and stabbed him, apparently so that was that. Brother's hey?

When I saw the thumbnail for this I thought it was a plushie!
I love Finding Nemo, and actually rented it from the library last week!
