so I am trying to crafty and cheap for my engagement and wedding. So far I have sent out Engagement Party invites, Save the dates, and had a small engagement party in my home.
 Here are the handmade postcard invites.

Save the dates are sooo Expensive and they are really nothing that I like. So my Fiance is good at graphics so he designed the picture himself. I then went on Walmart.com and got prints. I then cut 4X6 card stock paper and glued it to the back so it would be sturdy.
then I put a strip of magnet on the back.....

Here are pictures of my party...I got so caught up on greeting my guest I forgot to take a picture after the food was done......

one of my friends jumped in the only picture of my hanging pom poms...

Everything looks awesome!  I love the invitations so much! Where did you find the cute silhouette graphic?  The cupcake stands are adorable, too. Are those flower pots?
