I thought I'd commented before on this, but I guess not.  I love this blanket!  I hope they liked it!

It inspired me to make my own blanket, but out of fabric instead of yarn.  I can't figure out how to post on here yet, but here's a link to a scrabble quilt that I made my Mom for Christmas.  She absolutely loved it!

So thank you for the inspiration!

That is awesome!  I have little patience with sewing, but you did a great job.  Smiley

Thanks!  And I'm sorry, I guess I forgot to give you credit in the post.  I'll go change that now!  Smiley

This is very very cool.
I'd be tempted to put some words on there, and I'd be very sure I won.

Wow (btw, I love how everyone's comments start with "wow"), but that's seriously the first word to come to mind. That's amazing, and to have the patience to do that for 3 months everyday is awesome!!! This totally rocks!!!!!

This blanket was crocheted for *me*! It's currently on my king size bed, looking awesome. I thought I'd stop by the thread and mention the awesomeness. My husband agrees that it was the best wedding present we received. :-D
