Thanks !! You know I really like my swap partner so much and wanted to do something but it seemed like it took FOREVER to get that swap juice flowing.
I finally dreamed of this and then it was on. It was like everything just fell into place. I had that tea pot forever and knew it was meant for something cool....Save everything..you never know when you are going to need a tiny sea themed tea pot with a broken lid. Wink

TOTALLY loved my package, Tero...and I didn't peek in here...not once!!  I did get a pic of the bottom.  Here's the top and the bottom.  Dang, that HAD to have taken forever, seriously!!

Not quite 80 or 90 buttons, you exagerater you  Wink , but still MANY buttons that needed to be hand sewn!!

Oh, and just because I TOTALLY love this too, a better pic of the teapot pin cushion...I have a growing pin cushion population here at home Smiley

And, me, as a VERY happy camper in aquatic heaven!

Thanks again, Tero, you totally ROCK!

he is much cuter on your shoulder than he was on my coffee table. Smiley
Happy that you are happy.

Oh and your right there was a type-o it wasn't 80 to 90 buttons on each arm but there are 11 to 13 buttons on each arm and there are eight arms, so.....thus the number. Wink

Although I have to admit I do like hyperbole.
Funny I made this thinking of you and onegroovyday sewing away at her house, thinking you could have a little octupi buddy to carry all of your things...hee hee.
Me thinking about her too while making this invoked her and now we get to swap too. Smiley Y'all will have matching sewing buddies. Not totally matching, I think I am going to change up the design a bit but they can at least be friends.

Hugs

I would love something like this in a swap. You can see from your photos and words that you put a lot of care, time, and patience in it to make it perfect. And it is.

It's so creative, colourful, textured, and dream like. You really knocked the ball out of the stadium, this is a gorgeous item to send in a swap.

Thank you again so much, I am so happy everyone likes it. Love that picture of Sapphire with it as that look on her face makes every button worth it. Smiley
Retro Rose, thank you so much for your super sweet comments. Smiley

Aiki thank you as always, I couldn't figure out why you were saying something about a best of and then I saw that Sweets put this in her featured section. Smiley I am so happy, I hope lots of folks make themselves octopi to help them sew.
