Yes - copper is copper.  What I saw recently was different than what I've been using, as far as copper wire. This was a copper tube with a hollow center. thanks.

that's mostly useful for setting or building hinges, stuff like that. it's lighter than wire at that gauge would be but it's a bit more difficult to bend.

I bought some copper tubing at Lowe's.  I haven't used it yet, but I hope to make a type of wall hanging. I'm not sure yet, but I may need to use some glue. thanks.
