We are finally done, done, done!  It was a bumpy road, but we made it.  Thank you to everyone for participating! I believe that I have done feedback for everyone, but if you are missing anything please let me know.

I made the elf plushie from felt... I'd never heard of Elf on a Shelf before I sent it though. I based it off a vintage elf pajama bag I found on the interwebs.
