I received the most gorgeous package from marethann!  she was so incredibly attentive to my style and all of my favorites.  plus she does truly lovely work!  I can't believe her range of talents!  

Here's what she sent, with everything all together (she packaged everything beautifully!  I should have gotten a photo, but I was too eager to tear it all open!)  

 
here's the lining of the fabulous deep tote with pockets!!  i LOVE the orange --a little peep of my favorite color!


gorgeous scarves!  honeycomb in dark and light grays, and a lacey one (I think this one is from my wists--right, mareth?) in eggshell blue.  wow!   these are so warm and exactly my style.  plus they are natural fibers!  i am in heaven.


super-funny barnyard embroidery patterns, the teeny olfa cutting mat that i've been coveting forever, and lovely brown sock yarn!  mr. boot just got some birkenstocks, and he's been wearing them with athletic socks.    i'm going to use this brown yarn to make him more birkenstock-appropriate socks!! you can see a bit of marethann's packaging on the tag of the cutting mat--so pretty!


wow!  marethann outdid herself with this package!  i hope she likes the package i sent nearly as much as i love hers!!  thank you so very much, mareth!

The scarves are great.  I like the contrasting colors in the honeycomb.

I love love love the contrast between the coloured floral inner lining and that dark, plain outside on the bag.  The scarves look great.  I love those cutting mats too - especially now that I have been stenciling way more!

I'm so glad you liked everything. I had so much fun craftin' it up!

Seattle is such a socks and sandles kind of city so I know the Birkenstock/Athletic Sock pairing all too well. Glad you have a good use for the sock yarn!!

I'm certain I'll love whatever random goodness is on it's way to me now . Can't wait!!

I received from oneredboot yesterday and I'm ecstatic! Everything she created is so "me". I said one "whhooooaaa" after the next as I pulled out each random goodie. She is so talented and I feel so fortunate to have been paired with her in this swp.

The whole shebang...Whoooaaaa a...right?


She made a fantastic shall that is so perfect for fall in Seattle. The colors are great and it's very cozy. Her friend recommended a book based on my love of the Spellman Files books. I'm going to start it tonight and enjoy a hot cup of tea from the adorable cozy!


The picture isn't great but this is an apron - all of my favorite colors and the perfect length. I already made good use of this last night at my Halloween party.



I'm so excited to use this! An embroidery kit in an AMAZING project bag. I've been wanting to try out embroidery for a long time and now I've got everything I need to get started. Ring, fabric, floss, adorable stitch holder and needles, and even a little pocket stitch book that will be easy to carry and very helpful since I don't know what I'm doing . And is this bag incredible or what??? Look at that bird!! It's so unique and I absolutely adore it.
