I was in the mood for some basic chocolate chip cookies last night so I whipped some up using this recipe from the PPK Blog:

They weren't Earth shatteringly amazing, but they were very good basic choco chip cookies!

They look good. Did you use the Tapioca flour? I don't have any of that on hand. I wonder if an egg substitute would work instead.

No, I didn't have tapioca flour either, I used cornstartch instead.
